With this Remote Desktop tool it is possible to take over your computer by means of a few mouse-clicks. Of course this will only happen with your permission. Download here.

A few important points:

• You will keep in charge of your own PC.
• You need contact by telephone or by email, please contact your distributor first.
• You do not have to install the software, only run the provided exe file.
• A secure connection will be made between Metrohm Autolab and your PC.
• You can disconnect at any time.
